A: We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are not open on weekends.

A: No, we do not express anal glands as this should only be done by a veterinarian.

A: For the comfort and safety of the dogs and our staff, we do not permit owners to stay with their pets during the grooming process. However, exceptions can be made if discussed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
